BRIGADIER KANWAR DALBIR SINGH (Ex. SSB Psychologist)
Has a passion for identifying and nurturing the next generation of leaders in the Indian Defence Forces. His impressive career includes service at Services Selection Boards (SSBs) in Allahabad and Bhopal, where he conducted approximately 8,000 personality interviews – a testament to his dedication to evaluating and selecting the best candidates. This extensive experience has provided him with a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed as an officer. At Nimbus Defence School, he shares this invaluable knowledge with our students, providing personalized guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.

BRIGADIER SATYENDER DIXIT (Ex. Interviewer)
Brings a wealth of experience and expertise in personnel assessment and selection to Nimbus Defence School. As a former Interviewing Officer with significant tenures at two prestigious Services Selection Boards (SSBs)—Allahabad and Bhopal—he possesses an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the SSB interview process. Throughout his distinguished career, Brigadier Dixit has conducted approximately 7,500 personality interviews, providing him with unparalleled insight into the qualities and attributes that define successful officers in the Indian Defence Forces.

LT. COLONEL RAVI SHARMA (Ex. SSB GTO)
Brings a unique blend of leadership and assessment expertise to Nimbus Defence School. In addition to his six years of experience as a Senior GTO at the SSB Allahabad & SSB Bhopal, he has also served as an Aide De Camp (ADC) to a State Governor, providing him with valuable insights into leadership at the highest levels. He is passionate about mentoring young aspirants and has successfully guided hundreds of candidates towards their goal of serving in the Indian Armed Forces.

WING COMMANDER I.S. CHAHAL (Ex. SSB GTO)
Embodies the spirit of dedication and service that he instils in aspiring officers at Nimbus Defence School. As an ex-NDA graduate and accomplished pilot of the Indian Air Force, he understands the rigors and rewards of a military career. His six years of experience as a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at two distinct SSBs have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the selection process and the qualities essential for success. His personal experience as an ex-NDA cadet gives him unique empathy for the challenges faced by aspiring officers, enabling him to provide highly effective mentorship and guidance.

COLONEL ARVIND KUMAR
Is a highly respected mentor and motivator who plays a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring officers. He provides invaluable guidance on Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs), the essential attributes sought in candidates for the Defence Forces. He also focuses on developing crucial life skills and shares his own personal experiences to provide practical insights and inspiration. He is instrumental in instilling the “Josh” and “Jazba” (enthusiasm and determination) that drives cadets to consistently work towards their goals.
